the artistry toolkit – General Event Policy
This policy applies to all events organised and hosted by the artistry toolkit, including but not limited to online workshops, webinars, in-person workshops and meetups listed on the website.
Event Information
Each event page clearly states the event title, date, starting time, duration, location (online or physical), and maximum participant capacity. The number of available spots is limited and binding.
Registration
For free events, RSVP is mandatory. Registration requires full name and a valid email address. Participation is confirmed via email.
For paid events, spots are reserved only after full payment has been received via the provided payment link. Upon request, payment via bank transfer may be arranged. The spot is secured only once payment has been completed. All spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation by Participants
Cancellation by participants is generally not possible. If a participant cannot attend, a transfer of the ticket to another person may be requested via email and requires approval by the organiser. Refunds are granted only in cases of force majeure. No refund applies due to dissatisfaction, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend.
Cancellation or Changes by Organiser
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event if the minimum number of participants is not reached, illness or force majeure prevents the event from taking place, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control arise. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled date. No further claims may be made.
Event Materials and Follow-Up Content
Event descriptions specify whether follow-up materials are included, such as workbook, recording or notes. Access to materials is provided by the organiser after the event. All materials are intended solely for registered participants. Distribution, reproduction, recording, sharing or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.
Recordings (Online Events)
Online events may be recorded. By participating, attendees consent to being recorded. Participants may choose to keep cameras off during interactive segments. Recordings are provided only to registered participants for the stated access period.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, slides, recordings, documents and teaching content remain the intellectual property of the artistry toolkit. No reproduction, duplication, distribution or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
Disclaimer
Event descriptions clearly state the learning objectives and scope of skill development. All content is educational in nature. Implementation and results depend on individual application, business stage and market conditions. No guarantees of specific financial or business outcomes are provided.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in events is voluntary. The organiser assumes no liability for indirect damages, loss of income, business decisions or results derived from applying workshop content.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by Swiss law.
